Breville BES900XL Dual Boiler Semi Automatic Espresso Machine (Kitchen)
This review is not about the Breville BES900XL dual boiler espresso
maker. It's about the Breville customer service. We bought the above
about two weeks ago on Amazon and the steamer stop working properly.
The steamer only generates enough steam power to heat the milk...not
froth it. So I contacted Breville about it. I sent them a short video
and they were unable to explain what happened or offer a solution that
would enable me to correct the problem. They called me to tell me they
were shipping me a replacement unit via FedEx 2nd Day service and they
sent me a link to print out the return label for returning the original
unit. Now that is customer service! Smart customer service! And we do
love our new Breville espresso machine.
